We provide the highest level of scanning service if you want to get the most out of the slides. Each slide is dusted by hand before processing. Our infrared dust scanning sensors pick up and rogue dust partials and digitally corrects the image. Right Exposure recognizes that some slides have deteriorated with age and may be over or under exposed. We will do our best to scan these slides but we are not magicians. We offer resolutions of 2000, 3000, and 4000 dpi and provide JPEG or TIFF files. We recommend TIFF.
Shipment of Digital Images:
We do not ship images on CD's or DVD's like most of our competitors. We believe that this format is too hard to use due to the size of the files and the number of files a typical customer requests to have scanned. The cost of external USB disk drives have come down significantly allowing us to offer your images that way. This makes it easier for you to back up your images and retrieve them instead of searching through countless disks for the one picture you want.
